AMIDYNE GROUP ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF ITS AQUAMETRIX WATER AND WASTEWATER PRODUCT LINE TO WATER ANALYTICS
 
Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, December 11, 2009 – Amidyne Group, the parent company of AquaMetrix Inc. announced today that it has sold the assets associated with the Water and Wastewater product line of AquaMetrix to Water Analytics Inc. of Andover Massachusetts.
 
Included in the sale are the name AquaMetrix and the aquametrix.com URL. AquaMetrix Inc will be changing its name to Lisle-Metrix and will continue to focus on manufacturing components the Nuclear Power industry in Canada, the United States and Internationally.
 
Water Analytics is a manufacturer of instrumentation for the water and wastewater market. Sales, customer service, production and purchasing of the AquaMetrix product line will begin at the Water Analytics facility on the week of December 14, 2009.
